Account Manager

What you’ll be doing?

Surge IT Solutions is seeking to hire an IT Account Manager to provide Account Management duties including monitoring, evaluating and maintaining systems
– Consulting skills to identify customer challenges and provide our products and services to help them.
-Expertise to develop and deliver our solutions that satisfy our clients, because here, we make it easy for customers to do business with us, by listening, anticipating, and responding to their needs.
-Preferred combination of customer relations, selling our services and consulting. -Being in the Client Success IT team, you will spend your day talking to our engineers/IT team & the dedicated client and enhance their experience with Surge solutions.

Where you’ll be working?

Houston, Dallas & Austin, TEXAS

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and often would require travelling to Dallas office, TX.


  • Knowledge of IT Products and Services.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts (processes, modelling, and graphical representation)
  • IT background preferred.
  • Five or more years of years of professional level experience; at least two of which are in IT account management role either in an external or internal agency.
  • Ability to write briefs, work closely with all disciplines within the Surge team and clients and collaborate.
