Solution Architect – BPM and Pre-Sales

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with expertise

in BPM and pre-sales to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be

responsible for designing and implementing BPM solutions to support our clients' business

processes and workflows. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers,

developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client

satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in pre-sales activities by providing

technical expertise and contributing to client presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient BPM solutions for various

business processes.

 Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them

into technical solutions.

 Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the

project lifecycle.

 Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders on BPM

capabilities and best practices.

 Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best

practices for BPM development.

 Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and participating in client

presentations and demonstrations.

 Develop technical proposals and contribute to the formulation of sales strategies.

 Stay updated with the latest BPM technologies and trends to provide innovative

solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent

work experience).

 Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on BPM.

 Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and other BPM standards.

 Hands-on experience designing and implementing workflows, decision tables, and

forms using BPM platforms such as Camunda, IBM BPM, or similar.

 Proficiency in Java or other programming languages commonly used with BPM

solutions.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

collaborate with clients and internal teams.

 Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.

 Proven experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and

proposal development.

 BPM certification(s) preferred.
